Characteristics: The number of heating plates varies from 8, 12, 15, 18, 21 and 24 pieces to match different producing speed.The heating source of hotplate is steam, the temperature of every part is adjusted the valves which depend on the layers of corrugated papeboard and the speed.Hydraulic pressure for up and down, subsection pressure according to the layers of corrugated paperboard, keeping suitable pressure is easy for the paperboard to form.Pneumatic controls the tension of upper cotton belt, and imported automatic ballonet adjusts the moving of the upper and down cotton belt to keep the paperboard edge is in line with the belt.Heating plates surface grinded and chromed, accord with national standard of pressure vessel, all attached inspection certificate.Good steam tubes position, temperature can be adjusted by grouping heating plates.With pneumatic tension, electric or automatic deviation rectifying, the upper belt keeps the whole machine in good working condition.Pressing roller or press board can be chosen for compression, the pressure can be controlled by PLC or the production management system, which ensures the accuracy of thickness and plane of cardboard.Theupper conveyer belt can be provided with automatic clean system.
